What needs to be done is to normalize each field from the other table and have a unique identifier so that I can query on the other table by that unique identifier and return results. My first attempt was to do it by joining the 2 tables but I run into a problem where each table can contain a different unique identifier but my second table contains only one of them.
Do I need to create a new primary key from the 2 tables and join those 2 tables? if so, how?

I have a LINQ statement that would normally work on this class; however, when I run it on the class object it throws the exception NotSupportedException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. This is despite the objects array clearly being set correctly at run time.
